Technology explained in plain language, without jargon and without assuming you already speak it.
An editorial movement
You already have a digital identity. It is living, and it is being read — by hiring managers, clients, collaborators, search engines and the systems that decide who gets seen. The question is whether it says what you would say.

Visibility on your own terms
Digital erasure, algorithmic invisibility and digital exclusion are not abstract. When your work is hard to find, hard to verify or credited to someone else, the narrowing shows up in economic opportunity — in who gets called, considered, hired, funded and quoted.
The Future Knows Her Name is about practical digital fluency: understanding how you appear, deciding what you want represented, and building the skill to maintain it yourself. Women of color are at the center of this work, and all interested women are welcome. Participation is possible internationally.
You do not need to be a founder. Career participation and self-agency matter here as much as entrepreneurship. Visibility on your own terms means you choose the terms — including how much you share and what stays private.
Four commitments
Technology explained in plain language, without jargon and without assuming you already speak it.
Skill and agency, so decisions about your own digital presence stay yours to make.
Possibilities, tools and opportunities you may not have been shown or invited into.
Shared learning and real relationships among women doing this work alongside each other.
The concept
A living professional record of who you are and what you have actually done — something you develop, maintain, protect and share selectively.

“Write it so that somebody else doesn’t write the recap for you.”

The co-founders
Shinavia McKinney, strategist and licensed therapist, and Precious “Preciosa” Myers-Brown, multi-hyphenated entrepreneur and innovation strategist, believe people deserve room to explore what they could build and more say in the futures they help create.
They host the podcast together and help women question inherited limits, connect with relevant expertise, and turn possibility into decisions they can act on.
